Tuesdays 5-7pm or 6-8 pm This class is for the beginning or experienced sculptor looking to explore sculpting the human and animal figure. First time attendees will start by creating a human bust (mid chest to crown of head) this first project will take about 2 months. |
Drawing and Painting with Cassie Appleby
Mondays 6:15-7:45pm This 90 minute class takes the student from drawing basics forms figures and projects into the world of painting. Recently retired from teaching art to elementary students, Cassie is gentle mix of educator and cheerleader. Maximum of 6 students, many supplies included - full list on first night of class. |
Be Creative Now - Tiny Art with Linda Bonner
Every monthly class is a single workshop and may included creating art cards, canvases, multimedia art - a perfect evening to attend with your best buddies or group of friends. All materials included - bring adult beverages to make it a party! February Class: Miniature Valentine LOVE Notes. In this class you'll complete a set of 4 petite Valentine notes. You'll learn how to design and create the cards and how to make your own envelopes! All supplies are included. March Class: Miniature Abstract Collage on Wood. In this class you'll complete 2 mini collage measuring 2" x 3". You'll learn how to prepare your collage background, select your elements including paper and other small items and put it all together. |

Ever want to try the potter's wheel? This truly never-to-be-forgotten experience is a great activity for everyone, especially with a drink in hand (hint, you provide). This class includes 60 minutes of instruction on the wheel and 30 minutes of meet and greet, instruction on set up and clean up. Soap Making 1 Day Workshop
Saturdays 10 am - 4 pm (1 hour lunch break)
Dates January 30th and February 27th - Imagine learning or improving your step by step and hands on knowledge of the process cold process soap making with weighing, mixing, tracing and saponification. Gabby Cox's all natural recipes will be easily replicated at home - and each class has different recipes so students may enjoy class after class. Minimum 3 students, maximum 6. Appropriate for beginners or intermediate students as different processes and recipes each workshop.
