Uncover, map and create a visual 3d intentional sound wave - assists in activating and healing any resistance by "seeing" it in real life.
First: In a circle ritual, we will activate our energy to support one another as we speak our intentions.
Second: we will map then record our intention
Third: we will create a physical piece of art that assists in achieving our intention using paints and collage on a 8x10 cradled wooded board.
Optional: Bring something special you would like to include in the artwork! For example, a journal entry that supports your intention or a picture.
