Private Parties & Events
Join us for a super fabulous private art party, craft event or pottery/clay session customized for you and your best pals! Our events are wonderful, remarkable and unlike any other because our art studio is a darling 1914 historic craftsman in scenic downtown McKinney, Texas. We include all ART SUPPLIES plus lessons by a personal art hostess - just show up and create art with us. Parties have access to our full-sized kitchen (bring your favorite food and refreshments) plus an extra large parking lot for all your guests.

Art Party - 2 hours in the studio for 8 - $325
a great private event just for you and your creative and crafty friends (includes 8 total; $30 each additional guest)
Includes a private room, private art hostess, pre art project and main event - plus most projects include a trip to the uber fabulous embellishment room!
Art project is 90 minutes and choose from main event from following list:
a great private event for the special crafty princess in your life! All party goers make and decorate individual wands, decorate and adorn jeweled crowns, plus a trip to the Scent Station with up to 3 custom blended soaps, sugar scrubs, mists or slime, yay! Each additional guest is $30. Perfect for ages 5 - 8 years old.
Private Clay & Pottery Party - $380: a great 2 hour event perfect for creative kids aged 9+ and families! Everyone works in the studio creating a bowl, cup or sculpture by hand plus experience a one-on-one wheel lesson for 5-10 minutes with an ceramic artist assisting. Party details: arrive up to 15 minutes prior to your private event to meet the teacher, set up snacks and drinks and welcome your party guests. Studio lesson is 90 minutes and we'll turn the party over to you for your 30 minute party with cupcakes or pizza or cake (food and drinks not included by the studio). Items will be finished by the studio and returned 2-3 weeks later wrapped and ready for easy distribution.

Private Pottery Wheel Party for 6 $530: includes a 90 minute private pottery wheel session with a hostess leading your group. Everyone works on a private wheel and will create 4 items and select their favorite 3 for the studio to finish with firing and glazing. 30 minutes included for set up, clean up and party merriment. $530 and $88 each additional guest up to 10.
Or choose a group class and have everyone pay separately - our studio holds 10 people and tickets may be purchased with this link: Sip and Throw Pottery Party takes place on Friday, Saturday or Sunday night and is a workshop for adults only and includes working on your own pottery wheel while enjoying adult beverages. This is a public class with 10 available spaces at $85 per person.

We will have your room set up approximately 30 minutes before you arrive - if you need additional time we can arrange for a fee.
Party Size: each art room holds 8 - 14 comfortably and we can book the entire downstairs which includes 2 rooms with enough notice. The art lesson and the "party" will take place in the same room, sometimes an additional room is available or you may book a second room for your event if space allows for a fee.
