Come refresh and unwind in this 60 min Sound Healing journey with the intention to bring your body, mind and soul back to origin. Britt will play her crystal singing bowls, sing healing light language music infused with Reiki to bring each participant into a centered and relaxed space filled with love and peace.
Intuitively guided and heart centered, Britt is an angel in our studio helping all be their highest and true selves. Feel free to wear comfortable clothes, as well as bringing a yoga mat, pillow/blanket for your journey.
Some feel guided to bring personal crystals and journals to deepen this practice. This event may be outside if weather permits.
